These terms apply when you create an account on or use CarGuys Map, an app made by Raybits. By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Drive safely
Never use the app while you're driving. Let a passenger handle it, or pull over first. Always obey traffic laws and road conditions over anything the app shows you. Routes and arrival times are estimates and may be wrong.
CarGuys Map is not for racing, speeding, or any illegal driving. Meet-ups are organised by users, not by Raybits, and you take part at your own risk.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Choose a username and display name that don't impersonate anyone or contain offensive content.
- You can delete your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Respect other people
Please don't use CarGuys Map to:
- Track, follow, harass, or stalk anyone, or share someone's location without their consent;
- Post offensive, threatening, or illegal content in crew names, meet-up notes, or profiles;
- Scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the app's servers, or reverse engineer the app.
We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms. To report misuse, email us.
Location sharing
You decide which crews see your location, and you can turn sharing off at any time with ghost mode. Only share your location with people you trust. Location accuracy depends on your device and may not always be precise.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and may sometimes be unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raybits isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for anything that happens at user-organised meet-ups, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
Changes
We may update the app or these terms from time to time. When the terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
